С 29.12.2021, на сайте notariat.ru — можно направить информацию для отзыва доверенности (изменения в ст. 189 ГК и ФЗ 402-ФЗ от 06.12.2021г.).
До этого, отменяли доверенность двумя способами: извещение всем заинтересованным лицам или публикация в «Коммерсант». И то и другое долго, могут достигать месяц и более.
На выше указанном ресурсе — заработает реестр распоряжений об отмене доверенностей. Необходимо сформировать электронной распоряжение, указав: Наименование компании, ИНН, mail, персональные данные доверенного лица и данные доверенности (дата, номер, краткое содержание (напр.: полномочия, срок действия) — пп. «б» п. 4 ст.1 ФЗ 267-ФЗ от 01.07.2021). Заявление подписывается усиленной ЭЦП.
На следующий день, после внесения сведений на ресурсе, все заинтересованные лица будут считаться извещенными об отмене доверенности автоматически.
Вы же, получите подтверждение — электронное уведомление — о размещении информации.
Самое приятно — услуга бесплатна. Думаю пока бесплатна:) Так же можно запросить у нотариуса, подтверждение об отзыве доверенности, в свою очередь, услуги нотариуса платные — тариф 100 руб. (п.12.18 ст. 22.1 Основ об нотариате, утв. ВС 11.02.1993 № 4462-1), но как обычно не учитывает технической работы нотариуса, а она значительно будет дороже:). Тут есть плюсик, нотариус несет ответственность за достоверность выданного уведомления.

The application is signed with an enhanced EDS.
The next day, after entering the information on the resource, all interested parties will be considered notified of the cancellation of the power of attorney automatically.
You will receive a confirmation — an electronic notification — about the posting of information.
The most pleasant thing is that the service is free. I think it’s free for now 🙂 You can also ask a notary to confirm the revocation of the power of attorney, in turn, notary services are paid — the tariff is 100 rubles. (Clause 12.18, Article 22.1 of the Fundamentals of Notaries, approved by the Sun 11.02.1993 No. 4462-1), but as usual does not take into account the technical work of a notary, and it will be much more expensive :).
