Компании сферы которых попали под добровольно-обязательную вакцинацию суетятся и выпрыгивают из штанов, чтобы привить 60% сотрудников первой вакциной (если двух компонентная). Такие требования для Москвы и области, указаны в Постановлении главных врачей в Москве № 1 от 15.06.2021 и МО № 3 от 16.06.2021).
Сферы деятельности, которые попали: торговля, общепит, бытовые услуги, общественный транспорт, соц. и гос. учреждения, салоны красоты, фитнес центры и др.
И конечно, как мы без этого, «разгрузили работу компаний» доп. отчётном — почему через клиники и прививочные центры этого не сделать? Отчет утвержден Указом мэра Москвы № 32-УМ от 16.06.2021 и постановлением МО № 184-ПГ от 16.06.2021. Представить который необходимо до 15.07.2021.
А как подать, конечно нужно изучать отдельно: отчеты нужно подать в электронной форме, которые утвердили соответствующими приложениям, к самим формам отчетов.
Что ждут в отчете от компаний: наименование, ИНН и ОГРН, адрес, сфера, численность и т.д., а так же перс. данные вакцинированного сотрудника (предполагаю лишним не будет взять согласие): ФИО, СНИЛС, данные паспорта, № ОМС, № моб. тел.
Сведения направляются через личный кабинет: Москва — mos.ru, МО — uslugi.mosreg.ru
Отчет подается разово, пока требования информировать о второй прививке не требуется.

What is expected from the companies in the report: name, TIN and OGRN, address, sphere, number, etc., as well as pers. data of the vaccinated employee (I suppose it will not be superfluous to take consent): name, SNILS, passport data, OMC No., mob. tel.

The report is submitted on a one-time basis until the request to inform about the second vaccination is required.
