ЭЦП по новому. (EDS in a new way.)

Предисловие:

С июля как, контроль над подписью имеют, гаранты наши и совет. А целью этого этапа — взять под колпак расходы всех и вся. Да посмотреть в лицо на каждого лихого, что бизнес хочет тут иметь. А вдруг твой носи или глаза не по фен Шую, тогда нам скажут приходи потом. А если все «ок» в твоём болоте — вот ключик ты его держи. Сей ключ нам даст возможность, залезть туда, где раньше нас ты не пущал. Во благо мы тебя по мониторим, да бы казна царевича была полна…

С июля, чтобы получить руководителю компании ЭЦП нужно обратиться в инспекцию. Они выдадут «бесплатную» ЭЦП. Ну как бесплатную — за токен надо оплатить, около 2 тыс. руб.

Старые подписи действуют до конца 2021 года.

Хорошая новость в том, что с 2022 года можно будет получить не только в инспекциях (список на nalog.gov.ru), но и в удостоверяющих центрах, которые будут отобраны в качестве доверенных лиц ФНС.

Первый раз получая новую ЭЦП, руководитель идет в инспекцию, берет с собой: себя, паспорт, СНИЛС, если есть токен (и сертификат на токен) или покупает новый в ИФНС. Далее обещают продление дистанционно.

Как и ранее для работы ЭЦП необходимо иметь КриптоПро — покупается отдельно.

Срок действия новой ЭЦП 15 мес. Принцип работы ЭЦП как и ранее, можно использовать на иных порталах, где требуется сей гаджет.

Чтобы получить ЭЦП на иные лица кроме руководителя, необходимо обратиться в любой коммерческий удостоверяющий центр.

Дам с….., мне кажется усложнили, запутали и проблему с фейковыми ЭЦП не решили.

Old signatures are valid until the end of 2021.

The good news is that from 2022 it will be possible to get it not only in inspections (list on nalog.gov.ru), but also in certification centers, which will be selected as proxies of the Federal Tax Service.

When receiving a new digital signature for the first time, the manager goes to the inspection, takes with him: himself, a passport, SNILS, if there is a token (and a certificate for a token) or buys a new one from the IFTS. Further, they promise to extend it remotely.

As before, for the EDS to work, you must have CryptoPro — purchased separately.

The new EDS is valid for 15 months. The principle of EDS operation, as before, can be used on other portals where this gadget is required.

To obtain an EDS for persons other than the head, you must contact any commercial certification center.

Ladies with ….., it seems to me they complicated it, confused it and did not solve the problem with fake EDS.
